Still a problem with Sync...

I have tried another attempt to sync but... still won't do the job. (Eversince 8th of Jun, Sync on reasonate does not work) All my finals are in R drive and it works in there.... Please, any solutions??? Could you check it from school domain please?

Eversince 8th of Jun, Sync on reasonate does not work, although all my finals are in R drive... I believe most of my classmates are experiencing the same problem... Please, any solutions???

used mental ray on VIZ..
first one is just render, second one is the touch up from photoshop,
only fixed background and reflection...
