.... to create an element that has curved or sloping vertical lines is not easy to make in plan view wich is the only plane where you draw in ArchiCAD.
You have to bring your laying part into isometric view, take a picture of it there in the right angle, save it as a librarypart and then put it in in the planview.
Takes a long time.
