First posting, first tutorial.. AutoCAD!!

Well, this is the First Posting, subject: the AutoCAD tutorial I've just (sort of) finished - if that couldn't already be deduced by the subject line.. but anyway:
Having quite a limited personal CAD experience - I've used Revit for the compulsory 211 Design and done a bit of modelling in Sketch-Up - I found AutoCAD a bit puzzling at first, but I guess as with any new program you just plough on until you begin to actually realise what you're modelling. Or until you find where the 3D view button is.. It also didn't really help that the tutorial wasn't the clearest set of instructions I've ever read but that's no biggie, it's just another interpretation excercise : )
I'm not sure that AutoCAD would be my first choice of program at present, mainly because of the co-ordinate based system. However I can see the upside as it seems (so far) that it means the variety of shapes able to be modeled is pretty unlimited. And the window is really simple so the program runs nice and fast : )
Previously the model was a charming Puce and Vomit Yellow but I tamed it down a bit for its online debut ; ) Also I'm not sure that my curtain wall went as it should've, so I might review that later, along with setting different views and such.
Bring on Revit!!
(tho I've done it already I probly need to recap)
Signing off,
Secret Agent Lam
P.S sorry for the late post, I know it was s'posed to be done last Thursday but I had floor issues :(
